In recent years,the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly drawing people' attention,air pollution,water pollution,garbage disposal pollution and organic pollution affect virtually all aspects of people in clothing,food,shelter and transportation.As a class of organic pollutants that exist extensively and persistently in the environment,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons endanger the environment and human health seriously because of its strong teratogenicity,carcinogenicity and mutagenicity.Therefore,it is very important to look for a simple and efficient detection method of PAHs to prevent and solve the the problem of environmental pollution.PAHs are a kind of substances with strong fluorescence,fluorescence method has become an important means of detecting because of the characteristics of simple operation,selectivity and high sensitivity.Thesis focuses on the problem of serious spectral overlap and identification capacity of multi-component PAHs substances mixed system,fluorescence method combined with the second-order calibration method is used to achieve the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the complex systems of PAHs.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The principle of fluorescence detection and the molecular structures of acenaphthene,naphthalene and fluorence are analyzed,the feasibility of fluorescence detection is confirmed.We design experiment and complete the fluorescence detection of PAHs to obtain the fluorescence spectral of the tested solution.In order to provide the theoretical basis for the subsequently qualitative and quantitative analysis,the fluorescence characteristics of the samples are analyzed.(2)The principle of Savitzky-Golay polynomial smoothing method are analyzed.And the original experimental datas of PAHs are processed smoothly by the method of Savitzky-Golay(SG),which is the basis of the following-up data processing.(3)To achieve the qualitative and quantitative analysis of multi-component PAHs substances mixed system,fluorescence method combined with the second-order calibration method is used to detect the complex systems of PAHs.SWATLD algorithmand APTLD algorithm are proposed to avoid the problem of slow convergence and the problem of being sensitive to the component number,which are difficult to handle for PARAFAC algorithm.The three algorithms are applied to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of PAHs mixture by different experimental programs.Then we compare results of the three experimental programs and choose the most suitable algorithm for the system.
