The technology of new dry process cement is the direction of development and inevitable trend in the current cement industry.The pre-calcining process is one of its core technologies.The calciner is the core equipment for pre-calcining process,and its stable and good operating conditions are the prerequisites for ensuring that the carbonate decomposition rate in the raw material meets the standard.The temperature of the calciner is the main indicator for its stable operation.The effective control of the temperature is conducive to the realization of the thermal distribution and thermal system stability of the entire precalcining system.Besides,it is meanningful for reducing the calcining pressure of the rotary kiln,ensuring the quality of the cement and reducing energy consumption.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper studies the cement production process with pre-decomposition,especially the calciner process.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and combustion mechanism of the calciner,the main factors that influence the temperature of the calciner are obtained,which lays the foundation for the effective control of the temperature.Secondly,owing to the complex change of operating conditions and the difficulty of establishing an accurate mathematical model for calciner,fuzzy control is used to control the temperature of the calciner,and the fuzzy control strategy is proposed.Base on the reaearch of fuzzy controller,which contains fuzzification,defuzzification,fuzzy reasoning and rule bases,the implementation plan of the temperature controller for the calciner is designed.Thirdly,a data-driven method is used to extract the control rules from the actual operation data of the precalciner,and a fuzzy rules self-extraction method based on BFCM-iWM is proposed in this paper.The sample trust degree is calculated using BFCM and the iWM method is used to extract the rules.The experiment of extracting rules using function data is performed and its results show that the method is effective.According to the characteristics and requirements of controlling field data,using C# programming language and SQL Server database,the fuzzy rule self-extraction software is designed andachieved.Finally,the rule extraction experiment was carried out by different methods with using the actual data of the cement calciner.Based on the rules that were extracted by the method in this paper.The temperature control simulation experiment of the calciner was performed,and compared with the traditional PID method.The experiment results show that the method is effective and feasible.
