Cement raw material's rate values(saturation ratio KH,silicon rate SM,aluminum rate IM)are universal standards for measuring the quality of cement raw materials.The stability and eligibility of the three rate values are direct reflections of the quality of cement raw materials,and they are also prior conditions for the stable operation of cement rotary kiln.The raw material's rates are directly related to the output and quality of the finished cement product.The raw material rates of cement have many characteristics such as multi-variable,large time lag and non-linear in the control process.The conventional rate values control method can easily lead to instability of cement quality.At present,the control of raw material rates of cement in China is under the status of semi-automatic control or manual control.Affected by people's subjective influence,this pseudo closed-loop raw material rates control scheme cannot ensure the stability of cement raw material quality over a period of time.In order to improve the real-time and accuracy of cement raw material rates control,this proposes a cement raw material rates control algorithm based on PGNAA elemental online analyzer.In addition,a cement raw material rate values control software is designed to achieve real-time online control of cement raw material rate values.By this way,the stability of raw material rates of cement into the kiln is ensured.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,the process flow,rate control mechanism,and model predictive control principle of cement raw material rate control were analyzed,the relationship between parameters of cement rate control process was studied,and the main factors influencing the control effect of cement raw material rate values were found.At the same time,according to the results of the analysis,the key issues to be solved in the control of raw material rate of cement were mainly studied,which laid the foundation for establishing accurate cement raw material rates control models.Secondly,the stability of the components of the cement raw materials was studied in detail.An on-line estimation model of the cement raw materials was designed based on the PGANA elemental online analyzer.The least squares method was used to solve the modeland the cement raw material composition estimation data was obtained,which provides accurate input data for cement raw material value prediction models.According to the relationship among the chemical composition of raw materials,matching ratio and the chemical composition of cement raw materials,a predictive control model of cement raw material rate based on PGNAA element online analyzer was designed.It uses the Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP)algorithm to solve the objective function on-line.Finally we obtain the optimal ratio of cement raw materials,and realize the feedback control of the cement raw material rate value based on this algorithm.Finally,According to the actual demand of the cement raw material rate control,the C# programming language and SQL Server 2014 database were used to design and implement the cement raw material value control software.Based on the software,using a cement plant raw material composition data as an input parameter,the cement raw material rates control simulation experiment was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the cement raw material rate control model and algorithm.
