Organic catalyst is the third kind catalyst which follows enzyme and organic metal catalyst.It is capable of catalyzing and synthesizing chiral compound effectively.It is preferred by many researchers for its many advantages such as extensive sources,easy operation,wide application range of substrate and high efficiency,etc.New and efficient organic catalysts emerged in endlessly in recent ten years,while there are many limitations in the catalytic reaction.Therefore,design and synthesis of new organic catalyst still remains a daunting task.In this paper,it synthesizes 2,2'dihydroxy-1,1'-bin aphthyl moiety-3,3'-dioctyl phthalate?BINOL acid?in R and S configuration with inexpensive 3-hydroxyl-2-naphthoic as the raw material,and obtains a series of binaphthyl bism ethylamide catalyst?Cat.32a32g?with optical activity via chiralamine modification,which is used to catalyze the double Michael tandem reaction between pyrazoline-5-ketone and diketene.Meanwhile,it also explores the effects of many factors such as catalyst,additive,dosage,solvent and temperature etc.Double Michael tandem reaction between pyra zoline-5-ketone and diketene via S-configuration BINOL and?1S,2R?-amino-2-indanol derivative catalyst 32d?10mol%?achieves the productivity of spiro compound with optical activity and enantioselectivity up to 93%and 96%under optimal condition?CH2Cl2 as the solvent and 40mol%Boc-D-Phg-OH as the additive at room temperature?.As the core structure of mangbioactive molecules,pyrazolane has mang features such as analgesia,anti-inflammatory,anti-microbial,antipyretic,anti-ischemic and anti-tumor etc.Therefore,synthesis of pyrazolone derivative is of great significance.In this paper,it synthesizes bioactive pyrazolone spiro compound with simple and easy accessible raw materials.There is potential value for synthesis of drug molecules.
