The single-layer graphene was prepared by tape stripping in 2004.The preparation methods of graphene are generally paid attention at home and abroad.Graphene is composed of carbon atoms.Two-dimensional crystals are formed by sp~2 hybridization between carbon atoms.Graphene has excellent thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity,mechanical properties,optical properties and so on.Therefore,it has broad application prospects in many fields.How to prepare graphene with low cost,high quality and controllability is of great significance to the industrial production of graphene.Graphite was stripped in the liquid phase by revolutionary rotation high-gravity packed bed for the first time.The main research work was as follows:(1)Fluid was a research object for revolutionary rotation high-gravity packed bed.Fluid molecules were marked and tracked by red ink.Research result shows that revolutionary rotation high-gravity packed bed can effectively improve the dispersion and mass transfer area of the fluid in the reactor and finally improves the efficiency of fluid micro-mixing,dispersion mass transfer,and hydraulic shear.(2)Graphite was stripped by revolutionary rotation high-gravity packed bed respectively from the revolution and rotation speed,peeling time,filler volume,stripping solvent and dispersant,graphite initial concentration and pretreatment temperature.An optimal process route is determined to produce stable,high-concentration graphene.This method provides a meaningful reference for the preparation of graphene and research ideas.(3)Graphene morphology and properties were Characterized by XRD,SEM,and TEM Instruments.Research result shows that graphene was prepared by revolution-rotation hypergravity and the graphene is less defective,better dispersible,larger,less layered,better transparent.(4)After graphite is heated by the principle of"heat expansion".The graphite layer is getting bigger and bigger.It is easier for graphite to be stripped in the liquid phase.And Graphene is prepared with higher concentrations and fewer layers.
