In recent years,research of iron tailings has become a hot topic in the field of energy reuse.Recycling of iron tailings,not only greatly reduces energy waste,but also provides a great help for the protection of natural ecology.The main content of the research of this paper is concrete with iron tailings sand,which has good performance,economic benefit and market prospect,its application in practical engineering in response to the national green industry call.Through the study of multiple properties,it is verified that concrete with iron tailings sand can meet requirements,and the optimum proportion of different application directions can be obtained with grey system correlation analysis.Based on the experimental research,the content of this paper probes into the recycling and utilization of concrete with iron tailings sand,with a large amount of statistics,calculation and analogy.We learned the composition and materials properties and ensure the feasibility of safety and reasonableness with the xperimental of the raw materials.Then,we design the experiment scheme according to the national standard and choose different sizes of iron tailings concrete bricks and block for experimental study.The main research contents include breaking strength,compressive strength,surface hardness,abrasive resistance,acid-resistance,alkali-resistance,water permeability.Through the analysis of the test results,the optimal mix ratio and the performance change trend of each combination group in each performance were explored.According to the research contents,We analyze the economic benefit about the applications of concrete with iron tailings sand.And quantifying the results of the performance studies by the gray relational analysis grade method.Finally,we can get the optimal mix proportions of the applications which included pavior brick,building blocks and Gras planting tiles,with comparing the relational degrees.
