| With the enhancenment of environmental consciousness,waterbprne coating has gained much attention to the moderin coating industry.However,the disadvantages of most epoxy coatings are insolubility in water and poor thermal stability.It is easily burned.It has caused safety hazards of environmental pollution and fire accidents.At the same time,it will cause harm to the health and safety of employees.A waterborne epoxy curing agent was synthesized by modified triethylenetetraamine(TETA).At the same time,The combination of phosphorus and nitrogen was used effectively.It has synergistic flame retardancy effect.A new type of phosphonitrile flame retardant was synthesized.Through these two experiments,we can improve the water solubility and flame retardancy of epoxy coatings.It is expected that the superior overall performance of epoxy resin will be maintained.The specific study is as follows:1.This topic uses epoxy resin(E-51)modified triethylene tetraamine(TETA).Monocyclic epoxy compounds(AGE)was used as blocking agents.An aqueous epoxy curing agent was synthesized by neutralization with glacial acetic acid.The synthesis process parameters such as the reaction temperature,reaction time,and the amount of each substance were studied and determined.The reaction product structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.Epoxy emulsion was mixed with epoxy coating.The proportion of curing agent mixed with epoxy emulsion was determined.Epoxy coatings was tested for film properties.2.Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and rhodamine hydrazide were used as raw materials.A cyclotriphosphazene flame retardant was synthesized by a nucleophilic reaction.The type of solvent and acid-binding agent was selected.Solvents and acid-binding agents affect the yield of phosphazene flame retardants.The structure of the reaction product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and the thermal decomposition properties were investigated by DSC and thermal weight loss.3.The flame retardant was added to the epoxy coating after curing.Flame retardants was the properties of epoxy coatings.The flame retardant performance of the target product was measured using a vertical burner and an oxygen limiting index instrument.It was determined that the flame retardant effect of adding 10% phosphazene flame retardant was the best.It could reach the V-0 level.The oxygen index was 28.Epoxy coatings was tested for mechanical properties.It can maintain the properties of epoxy resin itself. |
