In recent years,with the more and more acception of the application of ozone technology in wastewater,the generation of ozone technology had caused of concern.With the continuous develop of the application research of ozone generator,particularly in industry.The main way of producing ozone which is dielectric barrier strong ionization discharge,with the research of dielectric barrier strong ionization discharge theory,each aspect of structural performance and optimal design had made significant developments.Combining the key of yunnan province science and technology?lignite efficiency convert and resource utilization engineering technology development and demonstration in Yunnan the gas water resources recycling and disposal technology development and demonstration?,in view of the nature of refractory organic wastewater,the study of the production of high concentrations of ozone to deal effectively with organic wastewater.Optimization of the ozone generator device structure and the influencing factors,the basic mechanism of organic wastewater removal of ozone has carried on the preliminary discussion research.At present,many studies of ozone generator had been done.After hundreds of years of development of the technology progress,the generating mechanism of ozone,generator material,structure system,drive power supply,gas processing,testing and the applications of different areas of ozone had been established a perfect theory and specifications.Through the optimization of the ozone generator tube,without changing the ozone generator under the premise of other conponents,to modify the ozone generator tube,tube structure of the dielectric for quartz glass,the stainless steel electrode was used in inside and outside electrodes,double medium at each end of a dielectric layer in the inner electrode and small cone were embedded in the outside electrode in order to corona discharge,small metal cone bottom radius of 0.1 cm,0.1 cm high,design discharge gap is 0.5 mm the thickness of the dielectric design is 1.2 mm.the results showed that ozone concentration increased significantly with the increase of oxygen intake flow(when the oxygen flow rate of 1000 ml/min,the ozone concentration is 7.06 mg/L),and compared to use general ozone generating tube ozone concentration(when oxygen flow rate of 1000 ml/min,the ozone concentration is 4.5 m/L)increased by 56.89%.Ozone treatment of organic wastewater was affected significantly by the pH value,the GC-MS for intermediate wastewater analysis,according to a preliminary inspection the intermediate products were p-benzoquinone,4-cyclopentene-1,3-dio ne and diacetone alcohol,and the other kinds of pyridine and thiophene,with the GC-MS product analysis,the result composition varied complex,and unable to determine the degradation regularity.
