Based on the actual problem of difficult drainage location in the gathering and transportation pipelines of Junlian District,this paper analyzes the theoretical analysis and field data,and simulates the distribution law of fluid accumulation in the pipeline of this block through simulation software.The liquid accumulation calculation model in the block predicts the location of the drainage to achieve a good drainage effect,reduce the pressure drop in the pipeline transportation,and ensure the pipeline transportation safety.First of all,through an overview of the overall layout,fluid properties,gathering scale,production of gas and water of Junlian District,this paper analyzes the reasons of the formation of fluid accumulation in the pipelines of this block,and provides an important foundation to analyze the distribution law of the fluid accumulation in the Junlian District and the establishment of fluid accumulation model.Secondly,OLGA software is used to analyze the influence of flow rate,pipe diameter,outlet pressure,and pipeline ups and downs on the distribution of fluid accumulation.Simultaneously,the sensitivity analysis of each factor is carried out based on the simulation results to obtain the distribution law of pipeline fluid accumulation,to provide an effective basis of fluid accumulation control.At the same time,the necessity of establishing a high-accuracy fluid accumulation calculation model that accords with the characteristics of gathering and transmission pipelines in Junlian District is proposed.Then,this paper selects the flow type discriminant that accords with the flow pattern characteristics of the pipeline in Junlian District,and uses the FLUENT software that can directly reflect the flow state in the pipe,simulates the conditions under different variables,to analyze the influencing factors of the flow pattern,and combines the parameters and fluid properties of pipelines in the Junlian District to select the physical property parameter calculation formula suitable for the fluid properties,according to the different characteristics of the horizontal and inclined pipe sections,the liquid holding rate calculation formula and the pressure drop calculation formula with high calculation accuracy are selected;and the formulas involved in the above parameters are performed.Using MATLAB to programe a calculation model for the fluid accumulation in Junlian District.Finally,according to the fluid accumulation model,the pressure drop and flow pattern of the east and south lines are calculated,and the pipeline adaptability analysis is performed.The distribution of fluid accumulation along the east and south lines is calculated.The principle of liquid drainage is proposed to obtain the drainage position.At the same time,this paper compares the drainage method of this article with the traditional method of drainage,analyzes its progressiveness and scientificity.In addition,this paper uses OLGA software's analysis results of the distribution law of pipeline fluid accumulation and FLUENT software's analysis results of the influencing factors to achieve effective methods of fluid accumulation control.
