With the continuous improvement of the living standard of material,people not only pay attention to the quality of the clothes,but also want to follow the fashion.Based on the change of people’s purchase orientation,the garment processing enterprises have gradually changed the production mode from mass single production to small batch and multi-varieties.The traditional garment hanging system has low flexibility,and the productivity of multi style clothing at the same time is relatively weak,which is difficult to satisfy the industrial requirements of small batch,multi-varieties and high timeliness.Because the Petri net has a strong ability to describe the structure and behavior of complex systems,it can accurate analysis and optimization of the performance of the system by establishing the Petri net model combined with related algorithms.In this paper,we apply it to the garment hanging system,and design a method of garment flexible production process optimization based on Petri net,in order to improve the flexibility and productivity of the system.The optimization scheme designed in this paper needs to obtain the distribution information of the cutting pieces in the workstation,and import the information as dynamic parameter into the Petri net model.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the application of Petri net to solve the problem of multi-task garment production in the following aspects.Firstly,adopt the method of Petri net associated with time,to build the Timed Place Petri Net model of garment production process.Design of scheduling algorithm for garment production process based on Petri net,which provides theoretical support for the simulation analysis of flexible production.Secondly,design the parameter acquisition system of cutting pieces,then complete the design of UHF RFID reader,ZigBee network and backstage database of cutting pieces.Finally,the whole test and simulation experiment were conducted on the design scheme for this paper.The cutting pieces are imported into the Petri net model through the cutting pieces parameter acquisition system integrate of RFID and ZigBee module.Then simulate the process scheduling algorithm based on Timed Place Petri Net.After a number of simulation analysis,the experimental results show that the research method of using Petri net to optimize the process for garment flexible production has get good results.It has a certain reference value for the research garment flexible production.
