Research On Financing Efficiency Of Hunan Yonker Environmental Company Limited By Shares

At the stage of national economic transformation and development,the energy conservation and environmental protection industry,as a strategic emerging industry,has entered the stage of rapid and sustainable development.For environmental protection companies,energy conservation and environmental protection projects require a large amount of capital investment,and the return cycle is long,so the company needs to continue financing projects to undertake.The company’s financing efficiency will directly affect the company’s development level.Combined with the background of industrial development,papers on the research of financing efficiency and environmental protection company related data collection,sorting and analysis,made clear the financing efficiency,environmental protection industry,such as concept,then using the optimal sequence financing theory.Based on the theory of pareto optimal state,etc,on the environmental protection industry co.,LTD.,financing efficiency evaluation question for study.Through analyzing the characteristic of the environmental protection industry,in this paper,combining with the characteristics of environmental protection industry listed companies financing and financing evaluation principle,has carried on the comprehensive analysis of affecting factors of the financing efficiency,completed the financing cost and financing risk,capital utilization,industry characteristic indexes such as environmental protection company evaluation index of reasonable selection,combination by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method to determine the index weight,subjective empower and objective empower each index results together,reduce the subjective effect index weight,and thus puts forward more close to the company with the situation of the financing efficiency evaluation system.According to the Environmental Protection industry financing efficiency evaluation system of listed companies,this paper enumerates the hunan Yonker Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd’s case,combined with the actual company and financing situation,using the evaluation system of financing efficiency is evaluated on the company,found the company in financing the financing channels of a single,lack of financing risk control,capital allocation,such problems as lack of good financing environment.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some Suggestions,such as widening financing channels,controlling financing risks,strengthening capital management and optimizing financing environment,in the hope of promoting the healthy development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry by solving the financing problems of environmental protection companies.
