Research On Cost Control Of Deep Processing Project Of Homogeneous Particleboard In Longan Countyguangxi

Cost control is based on the assurance of product quality to slowly increase the cost-benefit of the project and the efficiency of the department,thus greatly reducing the cost of the product.For a project,cost control will undoubtedly benefit the project.In the process of project cost control management,the specific cost control can not only reduce costs in each project stage,but also achieve rational allocation of resources and improve project efficiency throughout the project.Under the guidance of project cost theory,the case analysis method was used to analyze the cost control problem of the homogeneous processing of the horizontal particleboard in Long’an County.It mainly uses literature analysis methods,experience summarization and other research methods to analyze the basic situation of the deep processing project of homogeneous particleboard in Long’an County,Guangxi,and then analyze the problems of cost control.Finally,find relevant solutions for the problem.The results show that the main influencing factors of cost control of homogeneous processing of particleboard in Long’an County of Guangxi include construction period,labor cost,management skills and design changes.At the same time,the main problems in cost control are:lack of economic cost awareness,lack of cost control system,lack of cost assessment reward and punishment system and cost control plan.Therefore,in order to improve the current cost control dilemma of the homogeneous processing of the particleboard deep processing project in Long’an County,it is necessary to design a new cost control plan.Based on the project cost control theory,this paper analyzes the specific process of project cost control and focuses on the performance evaluation of project cost control.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the cost control plan set by the project,it is recommended to strengthen cost awareness,build a sound cost management system for cost control,improve procurement management and control,establish a cost assessment reward and punishment system and improve the applicability of the cost control plan.
