Grind grading is an important part in the production process of mineral processing enterprises.The quality level of grinding products directly affects the quality index of mineral processing products,which has a significant impact on the subsequent production links and economic and technical indexes of mineral processing enterprises.Therefore,how to accurately analyze and optimize the control of grind grading is very important in actual production.This paper take the automatic control system of grind grading from one of Guangxi Huaxi group's mineral processing plant as the research object,according to the actual situation,the original control scheme is optimized.The main contents are included as follows:(1)The research status of grinding classification at home and abroad is summarized,and the technological process,working principle and influencing factors of grinding classification are analyzed systematically.On this basis,an automatic control scheme of grinding classification based on neural network is proposed.(2)Extreme learning machine neural network is used to design the grinding and classification control method,and the control model is established.(3)The control model of extreme learning machine neural network is optimized by using genetic algorithm,and good results are obtained.(4)Aiming at the hardware configuration requirements and engineering application of the control system,the system controller is Advantech IPC,the lower computer is Siemens s7 PLC,and the monitoring configuration software is Siemens wincc.On this basis,the PLC control program is compiled,and the process flow chart,operation interface,alarm and other control interfaces are compiled with the configuration software,realizing the control and management functions of the system.Above design of control system in guangxi in China tin group a concentration have actual production use,the results show that the effect is remarkable,the use of the automatic control system control system improves various performance indicators,to realize the optimal control of grinding classification process,meet the demand of the factory production,operation is stable and reliable,economical and practical,has good application and popularization value.
