The rich potassium Magnesium Sulfate subtype brine in the Saline Lake of Lop Nor produces a large amount of high magnesium brine,while producing potassium sulfate.The brine contains high concentration of magnesium salt.At the same time,the brine also contains some valuable elements such as potassium,boron,rubidium,cesium and bromine.According to the analysis of the brine composition,the brine mainly contains Mg2+,Cl-and SO42-.Among them,the content of magnesium is the highest.The analysis of physical properties of the old brine shows that the viscosity of the brine is relatively large,which leads to the slow evaporation and concentration of the salt field;at the same time,the natural evaporation of the old brine is naturally evaporated.The direct emission of old brine into the Saline Lake will destroy the balance of Saline Lake,which is not conducive to the extraction of resources in brine.With studying on the phase diagram of Na+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42--H2O water salt interaction system,it is found that the brine system points are located in the phase diagram of the epsomite salt phase area.And the brine is evaporated through the evaporation of glauber salt,so that the magnesium salt in the brine can be precipitated from the brine with the form of the draining salt.According to the local objective climate conditions,it is more favorable to evaporate and reduce the salt and purge salt below20?from the phase diagram.In this experiment,we chose 10?and 20?two indoor temperature conditions mixing glauber salt with brine by isothermal evaporation experiment,mixing amount of mirabilite solution to adjust the composition of brine,brine evaporation adjusted precipitation epsomite,the brine evaporation salt crystallization order of epsom salt and sodium chloride,diarrhea salt phase.It is found that the total recovery of magnesium is 87.57%,the total yield of lithium is 82.15%,the total yield of boron is 75.55%,the lithium and boron are 6.76 times 6.76and 6.17 times respectively,and the magnesium is recovered and the valuable elements are enriched.
