The Jinning mineral processing branch was established in September 2016.It mainly takes the phosphate rock as the production object.The production process of the Kunyang series is the column trough combined process.It is the first enterprise in China to apply the flotation column to the flotation of the phosphate rock.Because of the characteristics of the flotation column,the slurry mixing and mixing in the flotation column has reached the critical point.The important role,whether the mineralization effect is sufficient or not,directly determines the separation effect of flotation column,and even affects the production quota of the whole plant.At the beginning of the design of the flotation column,each flotation column is equipped with 2 mixing buckets,adding sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid and YP6 collector respectively.The volume of a single mixing bucket is 12.27m3,and the mixing time is about 10.43 minutes.In the process of production,the flotation column separation effect is not ideal because of the short stirring time,and the MgO can only remove 2%-3%.The flotation time of selected operation is insufficient,and the production targets are difficult to control,resulting in the fluctuation of concentrate quality.To this end,this paper studies the experimental study on the agitation time and the mineralization of the stirring intensity of two kinds of raw ore used in Jinning mineral processing branch and the experiment on the flotation of two kinds of ores in different proportions.Through the study,it is found that the concentration is 92.47%,the stirring speed is 110r/min,the drug system YP4 is 16kg/t,and the YP3 is 1.5kg/t,YP6 is 2.4kg/t,the stirring time is 20 min,stirring speed is 90r/min,and P2O5 is 29.89% and MgO is 0.87%.The fineness of Jianshan phosphate mine is 94.21%,the concentration is 29.33%,the reagent system YP4 is 16kg/t,YP3 is 1.5kg/t,and the mixing time is Under the condition,the qualified concentrate with P2O5 of 28.69% and MgO 0.95% is obtained.At the same time,the flotation of two different kinds of ore according to the different ratio and the corresponding experimental conditions can be obtained,and the qualified concentrate index can be obtained,and the results are applied to the actual production.
