As one of the commonly used synthetic fibers,polyamide 6 has become the most productive product in nylon with its light weight,good wear resistance,hygroscopicity and resilience performance,and it has a good application in the field of clothing.In recent years,a new type of frame silicate material unique to Korea has attracted the attention of researchers,as a feldspar clay mineral,QE powder has heat storage,moisture absorption and ultraviolet absorption properties.In this paper,QE powder is applied to the development of functional PA6 fiber,and QE/PA6 side-by-side fiber with UV resistance is studied.In this paper,the QE powder was used to modify PA6,and the QE/PA6 masterbatch was obtained.Then the masterbatch was mixed with pure PA6,and the QE/PA6 side-by-side fiber was obtained by the side-by-side fiber spinning technology.The rheological properties and crystallization properties of QE/PA6 composites were studied separately.The morphology,mechanical properties,resilience,crystallinity,boiling water shrinkage and UV resistance of QE/PA6 side-by-side fibers were studied.Results are as follows:1?The QE/PA6 composite material is a pseudoplastic fluid.The addition of QE powder will make the blended melt non-Newtonian.With the increase of shear rate,extensional strain rate and temperature,the viscosity of the blended melt will decrease.The shear stress and extensional stress of QE/PA6 blend melt increase with the increase of shear rate and extensional rate,and the viscous activation energy increases with the increase of shear rate and extensional strain rate.When the QE powder content is 1 wt%,its thermal stability is the best,the initial degradation temperature is increased by 1?,and when the QE powder content is 3 wt%,5 wt%,the initial degradation temperature is decreased by 13?,22?.2?From the crystal melting data of QE/PA6 composites,it can be known that the addition of QE powder increases the crystallization temperature of the composite,and QE powder can promote the crystallization of PA6.The isothermal crystallization kinetics of QE/PA6 composites shows that the Avrami method is available.In the initial crystallization stage of QE/PA6 composites,the linear phase of the secondary crystallization stage showed an offset;the Ozawa method can be used to analyze the primary crystallization stage of QE/PA6 composites,not for the pure PA6 and QE/PA6 composites.Stage crystallization stage;Mo method can be used todescribe the non-isothermal process of QE/PA6 composites,and the results obtained are consistent with those of POM.3?The QE/PA6 side-by-side fiber was successfully prepared by the side-by-side fiber textile technology.Compared with the pure PA6 side-by-side fiber,the modified fiber still has good tensile strength and resilience performance;the modified PA6 fiber and the pure PA6side-by-side fiber boiling water The shrinkage rate is about 10% and about 12% respectively;the UV transmittance of the modified fiber in the UVA segment is lower than that of pure PA6.
