As people pay more and more attention to the environment,the clean energy,led by electric energy,is bound to gradually replace the traditional fossil fuel in the future.Therefore,the materials of electrical energy generation and storage devices have become the focus of researchers.As a typical conductive polymer,polyaniline has the characteristics of high conductivity,large theoretical specific capacitance,environmental friendliness,low price,and colors change with the oxidation state.Polyaniline and its composites are widely used in many fields such as supercapacitors,corrosion resistant materials,electrochemical sensors and proton exchange membranes for fuel cel s.In this study,natural graphite?flake/powder?was used as the template.The aniline molecules were adsorbed into graphite sheets firstly.Then oligomeric polyaniline was polymerized in-situ the graphite sheets.Oligomeric polyaniline exhibits a unique cyclic voltammetry during electro-polymerization.The physical and chemical properties of oligomeric polyaniline were studied by in-situ Raman spectroscopy,cold field emission scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The electrochemical properties of oligomeric polyaniline were studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The Oligomeric polyaniline/Graphite flake combined electrode was studied as supercapacitor.The results show that the combined electrode has the advantages of strong cyclic stability and higher specific capacitance.When the combined electrode was prepared under an ethyl alcohol solution of aniline?the ratio of alcohol and aniline is 4:1?,the ultrasonic treatment time is 30 min,the number of polymerization cycles is 8,it had the highest calculating specific capacitance which was 1265 F/g.After 1000 cycles of charging and discharging at 0.6 V,the specific capacitance loss was only 2%.The Oligomeric polyaniline/graphite powder composites was studied as a modified material of Nafion proton exchange membrane.The results show that the composites provided new proton transport path and methanol resistance network.It can increase the conductivity and decrease the permeability of methanol modified membrane with a decreasing of the amount of Nafion.When the mass ratio of composites was 20%,the composite modified membrane had a best proton conductivity of 0.061 S/cm and selectivity of 4.684.When the mass ratio of composites was 30%,the composite modified membrane had a lowest methanol permeability of 1.07×10-6 cm2/S and selectivity of 4.680.
