| Objective: Guishaoshuyi Tang is a clinical prescription of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It consists of 7 kinds of medicinal herbs of Astragalus,Guizhi,Baiji,Ginger,Jujube,Zhigancao and Zhitang.It has nourishing yin and nourishing blood.The virtual effect is mostly used for health care in clinical practice.This experiment develops it into a health drink,determines its production process,formulates quality standards in line with national requirements,and examines the fingerprint.Methods: The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal design,and the separation and purification process was screened.Based on this,the formulation of the formulation was studied,and the quality standard was drafted.Finally,the fingerprint of Guiyu Shuyi Oral Liquid was explored.Results: The preparation process was as follows: remove the medicinal herbs from the sucrose,add 1 time to soak for 1 hour,then decoct for 3 times,then add water 8 times twice,each time for 1 hour,the extract was filtered,and concentrated at 60 °C.The medicinal material is 1ml/g,the concentrated solution is centrifuged at 8000r/min for 20 min,the supernatant is added to the sucrose,and after mixing,water is added to the prescribed volume,0.3% sodium benzoate is added,mixed,and filled into a 100 ml brown bottle,and sealed.The quality standard determined its traits,identified the three medicinal herbs of Astragalus,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae.The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba was determined.The paeoniflorin in Guiyu Shuyi Oral Liquid should not be less than 77mg/100 ml.In the fingerprint study,four components of paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin,cinnamic acid and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were calibrated,and a qualified fingerprint was established.Conclusion: The extraction process and quality standards were determined,and the fingerprint of Guiqi Shuyi Oral Liquid was obtained,which paved the way for the improvement of health food quality in the future. |
