Data Analysis Of Defects In The Appearance Quality Of Cigarettes

As the most important industry in Yunnan Province,the cigarette industry has unique advantages.The Yunnan provincial government has always attached great importance to the development of the cigarette industry.Simultaneously,Yunnan's cigarette industry has advanced technology and high reputation at home and abroad.Qujing Cigarette Factory has a long history,and its production data has great research value.However,it still cannot fully analyze the potential information in qualitative data.Therefore,this paper hopes to find out the methods to research the production data of Qujing Cigarette Factory.The research of cigarettes has differences between home and abroad.The high production level and low market demand make foreigners have conducted few studies on cigarette production in recent years.On the contrary,domestic scholars are keen on the study of the defects in the appearance quality of cigarettes.And their research involves not only objective factors such as raw materials,computer technology,instruments and equipment,but also human factors such as production workers and production processes.Due to the different levels of cigarette production at home and abroad,we cannot directly copy foreign research experience.This paper explores the defects in the appearance quality of cigarettes in Qujing Cigarette Factory.For example,it hopes to explore the value of qualitative data of cigarette appearance quality defects,explore the interaction among multiple factors,and accurately identify the failure reasons.Through the research on the appearance quality defect data of cigarettes in August 2017 of Qujing Tobacco Factory,this paper combines the cluster analysis and the hypothesis testing into the association rule.The main idea is to use the strong association rules to find out the specific deficiencies in the production process of the cigarette factory,and provide specific improvement suggestions.At the same time,using cluster analysis can find the threshold of association rule's support and confidence,and using hypothesis testing can filter association rules that significantly improve the rate of failures.Finally,these three methods are combined to solve the problem of defective appearance quality of cigarettes.
