In recent years,people pay more attention to their own health,so it is urgent to develop the dry chemical technology to effectively detect human health indicators.The dry diffusion layer needs a powder with high reflectivity,high whiteness,and uniform micro-size.In addition to dielectric and piezoelectric properties,BaTiO3 has good biocompatibility,high whiteness,high reflectivity,etc.Therefore,according to the requirements of the dry diffusion layer,the preparation of spherical BaTiO3 is one of the key technologies in the field of medical detection.Spherical BaTiO3 with uniform particle size were prepared using batch precipitation method with BaCl2,TiCl4 and NaOH as the raw materials.The effects of reaction time,raw material concentration,and reaction temperature on the BaTiO3 powders were investigated and the conditions were optimized.Through SEM statistical analysis,spherical BaTiO3 powders can be obtained with the particle size range of 0.060.6?m,uniform particle dispersion,and yield up to 99%.Further,the batch precipitation method has the advantages of short reaction period and no need of calcination.The formation mechanism of BaTiO3 sphere was proposed according to the reaction crystallization process.On the basis of the batch precipitation method,the BaTiO3 powders were carried out by microchannel continuous precipitation method.The process conditions of BaTiO3 were investigated,and spherical BaTiO3with particle size of 40200 nm was obtained.Nanoparticles with the particle size of less than 40 nm can be prepared by controlling the reaction conditions,which provides a wider application field for the application of BaTiO3 powder.The method improves the problems of complex operation and difficulty control of the process conditions of batch precipitation method.The barium titanate diffusion layer was prepared using BaTiO3 as raw material.The preparation conditions were investigated and optimized.Compared with BaTiO3,TiO2 and BaSO4,it was found that the reflectivity of the self-made BaTiO3 diffusion layer reached 99.2%,which was better than that of commercially BaTiO3,TiO2 and BaSO4.In addition,the size and distribution of the intergranular voids in the self-made BaTiO3 diffusion layer are uniform,which was more conducive to the uniform diffusion and permeation of serum to react with substrate in the reagent layer.Moreover,the repeatability of chromogenic reaction is good.It shows that the self-made BaTiO3 can be applied to the detection of medical dry chemical reagents,which opens up a new research direction for the application of BaTiO3 particles.
