Compared with other energy resources,coal still has an irreplaceable role,and the belt conveyor is the most ideal efficient connection transportation equipment for coal mines.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the continuous innovation of the coal industry,how to carry out efficient and intelligent transportation is inevitably a major issue in the coal mining industry.As the fluctuations between the daily and shift production of coal mine production operations are affected by the actual geological environment and the collection equipment,the belt conveyors are also constantly operated at the maximum load speed.However,this will result in a great waste of electrical energy.As the main transportation equipment of the coal industry,the belt conveyor accounts for more than 60% of the electricity used for coal production.It can be seen that the research on the intelligent control of belt conveyors under live load is of great significance to the safety and energy-saving production of coal mines.In this paper,the current load measurement method is analyzed,and a coal quantity prediction model is proposed for the accuracy of belt conveyor coal measurement.The laser-ranging method and ultrasonic ranging method are used to calculate the accumulation volume of coal particles on the conveyor belt.The discrete element method is used to analyze the accumulation model of coal particles,and the single-stage and multi-stage accumulation models of the particles are studied.The ball(circle)optimization method is used to reconstruct the irregular shape to simulate the void ratio of the coal particle accumulation model;the current coal gangue identification technology and image contour edge extraction technology are used to calculate the ratio of coal gangue to coal in the coal material.And according to the actual working conditions,the correction coefficient of water content is added to calculate the true density of the coal material.The calculation model of the multi-stage spherical particles of the model has a calculation error of less than 5%,which can be applied to the measurement of the load of coal mine belt conveyor.After obtaining the coal load model,the factors affecting the power consumption of the belt conveyor are analyzed,and the optimal cross-sectional area of the coal under the comprehensive conditions is obtained.Based on this,an energy-saving model for the load(transport)belt conveyor was established,and the optimal belt speed of the belt conveyor under different traffic volumes was obtained.Taking a belt conveyor in the actual industrial and mining industry as an example,the optimized energy-saving model has good energy-saving effect.In the control mode,the adaptive fuzzy PID system is used to carry out the intelligent speed control system of the belt conveyor.The simulation curve is simulated by MATLAB and Simulink.The simulation curve has better steady state performance and faster performance than the traditional PID control system.responding speed.
