Experimental self made particle electrode,combining three-dimensional electrodes with photocatalysis,three dimensional electrode photo electron chemical reaction system.The treatment of high salinity organic wastewater was carried out,there are three kinds of systems:TiO2 sliceLaFeO3/TiO2/scaly graphite,artificial zeolite Stainless steel plate;graphiteLaFeO3/TiO2/scaly graphite,iron filingsgraphite;graphiteSrFeO3/TiO2/scaly graphite,artificial zeolitegraphite.TiO2 films were prepared by micro arc oxidation and sol pulling method,three dimensional particle electrodes were prepared by sol-gel method.The high concentration sodium sulfate and azo fluorescent pink mixture were used as the target degradation solution,simulation of high salinity organic wastewater;the particle electrode was characterized by experiments;By changing calcination temperature?doping ratio of ferrite?optimum preparation conditions for particle electrodes determined by loading times;During the experiment,the best experimental system was determined by changing the different experimental conditions.The following conclusions were reached:Testing by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and BET,The structural characteristics of LaFeO3/TiO2/flake graphite and SrFeO3/TiO2/flake graphite were analyzed,Titanium dioxide sheets prepared by doping 1%of PEG400,pulling three times and calcining at 450 C for 2.5 h had the best degradability when PEG400 was added 7.5 mL,LaFeO3 doped with 3%titanium dioxide and calcined twice at 500 C has the best catalytic activity,SrFeO3 doped with 3%titanium dioxide and calcined at 450 C for once supported SrFeO3/titanium dioxide/flake graphite had the best catalytic activity;In TiO2 sheet,LaFeO3/TiO2/flake graphite,artificial zeolite stainless steel plate system,The best catalytic conditions for the target degradation solution are as follows:1:1 particle electrode ratio,0.3 mol/L sodium sulfate and 90 mg/L azo Fluorescent Pink wastewater are degraded at 2 V voltage,and the degradation effect can reach 34.9%;In the graphite SrFeO3/TiO2/flake graphite and artificial zeolite graphite system,the best catalytic conditions for the target degradation solution are:1:1 particle electrode ratio,0.4 mol/L sodium sulface and 80 mg/L azo fluorescent peach red wastewater are degraded at 2 V voltage,and the degradation effect can reach 80.3%;In the graphite LaFeO3/TiO2/flake graphite and iron filings graphite system,the best catalytic conditions for the target degradation solution are as follows:the ratio of particle electrodes is 4:3,0.6 mol/L sodium sulfate and 80 mg/L azo fluorescent peach red wastewater are degraded at 2 V voltage,and the degradation effect can reach 89.3%.
