The research of bionic new materials is one of the emphases and hotspots in the 21stt century.Through the analysis of the superhydrophobic surfaces of animals and plants in nature,the researchers found that by changing the structure and chemical composition of the solid surface,the synergistic effect of the two can be achieved in the regulation of the wettability of any solid surface.Based on this theory,this paper successfully prepared the anti-corrosion and anti-wear polyethersulfone?PES?superhydrophobic composite coating with strong interfacial adhesion on the surface of aluminum plate by simple and convenient spraying technology.The main research contents and conclusion of this paper can be summarized as follows:1?PES was used as the polymer matrix and the MoS2 with low friction coefficient and self-lubricating as the filer.In addition,carbon nanofiber?CNF?was added together with MoS2 to construct micro-nano structure similar to butterfly wings on the coating surface,and Polydimethylsiloxane?PDMS?was used to reduce the surface energy of the material.A new kind of functional superhydrophobic coating with anticorrosion,abrasion resistance and self-cleaning was prepared on the surface of Al substrate by simple spraying method.The superhydrophobic coating with a high contact angle of 157±2°and a slide angle of 2.5±1°?The friction experiment shows that the friction life of the composite coating is twice as long as that of the coating with the single particles.The tale polarization curve tests show that the composite coating has durable corrosion resistance,extremely low corrosion rate?0.06?m/year?and higher corrosion protection performance?99.975%?.2?Surface modification of MoS2 particles using dopamine?DA?which can be adhered to any solid surface.After that,one-step method was applied to in-suit graft nanometer titanium dioxide particles?nano-TiO2?on the surface of modified MoS2-PDA particles to form the composite particle of MoS2-PDA-TiO2.Finally,perfluoroctyltriethoxysilane?POTS?was selected as a low surface energy material to improve the hydrophobicity of PES composite coating.Using the method of spray prepared a superhydrophobic coating with a contact angle of 159°and a slide angle of 2°on Al substrate.Friction test results show that the coating can maintain the hydrophobicity after 10000 cycles of friction experiment.The corrosion test showed that the coating still had low corrosion rate and high protection efficiency after 15days immersion in 3.5 wt%NaCl solution,and the coating showed excellent corrosion resistance.3?Using PES as polymer matrix and DA to modify PES and MoS2,respectively,nano silica particles?nano-SiO2?were grafted on MoS2-PDA surface to form composite particles of MoS2-PDA-SiO2.After adding PES-PDA,take full use advantage of DA to enhance the interfacial bounding force between the composite particles and the polymer,application of perflorinated octyl triethoxy silane?POTS?can reduce the surface energy.The PES-PDA-MoS2-PDA-SiO2-POTS superhydrophobic composite coating with strong interfacial adhesion between particles and particles,particles and polymer,polymer and substrate,was prepared by spraying the coating onto the etched Al substrate.Comparing with PES/MoS2/SiO2/POTS coating,the wear resistant of the composite coating is significantly improved.The friction loss and reduce the thickness of the coating is only physical mixing loss of half,and the contact angle remained at 150°after 2000 abrasion cycles.At the same time,the composite coating exhibited excellent corrosion resistance.After 15 days immersion,the corrosion protection was still up to 99.99%,and the corrosion rate was one order of magnitude lower than that of the physically mixed coating.
