Paraffin being dealed with in oil Wells will lead to increased loss of oil production equipment,increased oil production cost and reduced oil production.The electric control rotating paraffin scraper changes the traditional paraffin scraper's working mode,enhance the paraffin removal efficiency,reduces the consumption,increases the production.Brushless dc motor is preferred for its simpler structure,easier maintenance,better speed regulation performance and longer service life.Therefore,the research of brushless dc motor control system has certain practical engineering value.Firstly,by referring to relevant data,this paper explains the overall background of the subject study,the important value and significance of the wax scraper in the oil recovery process,and describes the internal structure and operating principle of the brushless dc motor,as well as its mathematical model and motion characteristics.Then,BLDCM double closed-loop control structure is explained,and its control principle is expounded.According to the advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm,an improved fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed by combining the two.In addition,the BLDCM was simulated by Simulink and the mathematical model obtained in the previous chapter.The simulation results show that the improved fuzzy PID control algorithm has faster response,no overshoot and stronger anti-interference ability.Finally,according to the system function request,completes the system hardware circuit design and the software programming.The hardware circuit of the system uses STM32 as the control chip to complete the design of control chip,hall position measurement,power inverter,power supply,communication,optical coupler isolation protection,current and temperature sampling and other circuits.System software programming part,according to the modular thinking,using C language to complete the programming of each module.The experimental results show that the control system has high precision,strong stability and good practical value.
