The rapid plugging technology of pipelines plays an important role in the repair and repair of natural gas long-distance pipelines.At present,the traditional rapid plugging technology of pipelines has many problems,such as complicated construction process,large equipment volume,poor versatility,etc.,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.In view of the technical defects in the traditional pipe sealing technology,this paper provides a new idea of pipe sealing,and applies the chemical reaction expansion separation technology to the long-distance pipeline maintenance and repair project.By using the chemical reaction of special materials in the injection pipe,the material can be controlled and expanded in the pipeline to form a high-strength,high-viscosity elastic polymer to achieve sealing and sealing of the natural gas pipeline.After the pipeline repair and repair operation is completed,a special degrading agent is injected into the pipeline,and the plugged high polymer is decomposed into a liquid in a short time to realize the plugging and restore the normal operation of the pipeline.Based on the principle of gel chemical plugging,the formulation of acrylamide-acrylic gel was designed.In order to study the strength of the gel and the adhesion between gel and pipe wall,a four-factor and three-level orthogonal test was designed.Provide a new method for measuring the adhesion between the colloid and the metal and the evaluation index of the adhesion characteristics;build a self-made force measurement platform and conduct experimental research;the experimental results show that when the monomer mass fraction ratio(AM: AA)When the concentration is 1:1,the initiator concentration is 0.3%,the crosslinker concentration is 0.05%,and the degree of neutralization is 65%,the gel adhesion property reaches the maximum,which is 284.8N;when the monomer mass fraction is ratio(AM: The gel strength characteristic reached a maximum of 61.5 N when AA)was 5:1,the initiator concentration was 0.31%,the crosslinker concentration was 0.25%,and the degree of neutralization was 65%.In order to study the influence mechanism and influence law of the four factors of gel content in the gel system on the gel adhesion,the acrylamide-acrylic acid was established by mathematical principle.The mathematical model of the adhesion between the system gel and the pipeline;in order to verify the plugging effect of the gel,a simulation experiment was carried out;the experimental results show that the best effect of gel sealing is 0.2Mpa,and the experiment shows that the system is condensed.Glue has a good effect.Based on the physicochemical properties of potassium permanganate,a single factor experiment was designed to study the gelation of acrylamide(AM)-acrylic acid(AA)system with potassium permanganate at different pH values,different concentrations,different times and temperatures.The degradation efficiency was completely degraded when the pH was 3,the concentration was 60 ° C,the time was 10 h,and the concentration was 0.4 mol/L.The mechanism of action of potassium permanganate degrading gel was analyzed and discussed.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical research.The experimental results show that the potassium permanganate degrading solution has a more efficient degradation efficiency.
