Aza-macrocycloalkanes and their derivatives are a sort of ligands with excellent performance.Due to the strong coordination of the nitrogen atom,the coordination nitrogen atom in the aza macrocyclic ligand forms a stable chelate ring by coordinating with the transition metal ion.Imine of the ring can easily access carboxyl,hydroxyl,phosphate and other hydrophilic groups functional groups,etc.,to obtain a series of water-soluble ligands or new ligands with side-chain groupsIn this dissertation,four mononuclear transition metal complexes were synthesized using 1,4,7-triazacyclononane(TACN)as the basic skeleton,whose structure was characterized by IR,X-ray single crystal diffraction and other methods.The interaction of these metal complexes with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA)was studied by UV,fluorescence,and viscosity methods.The single crystal diffraction measurement of the structure of the four complexes is as follows:[CuL2]Cl is triclinic crystal system with space group P-1,cell parameters: a = 13.2425(13)?,b = 14.0807(15)?,c = 17.6798(18)?,?= 86.296(2)°,?=72.773(2)°,?= 68.905(2)°,V=2934.5(5)3,Z=2?[CoL2]Cl is Monoclinic crystal system with space groupC2/c,cell parameters: a = 22.4423(5)?,b = 12.8277(3)?,c = 22.9448(5)?,?= 90°,?= 105.9880(10)°,?= 90°,V=6349.9(2)3,Z=8?[ZnL2]Cl is triclinic crystal system with space group P-1,cell parameters: a = 10.253(3)?,b = 11.334(3)?,c = 13.401(3)?,?= 81.562(4)?,?= 71.894(4)?,?= 72.383(4)?,V=1408.5(6)3,Z=2?[NiL2]Cl is Monoclinic crystal system with space groupC2/c,cell parameters: a = 22.300(2)?,b = 12.7609(14)?,c = 22.897(3)?,?= 90°,?= 106.827(2)°,?= 90°,V=6236.7(12)3,Z=8?...
