Nowadays,as an important energy source,petroleum plays an important role in the development of our country.However,China's import volume has been increasing since 1993,and even exceeded 70% in 2018.In order to maintain the national energy security,it is necessary to establish the national strategic oil reserve,and considering the safety,we can not only build ground tanks.Compared with the ground storage tank,the underground cavern is more stable and sealed,and has a stronger ability to resist military strikes.It has high safety during operation and low maintenance costs.Therefore,the development and utilization of underground caverns to store crude oil products has far-reaching practical significance.For the construction of underground water-sealed caverns,our country lacks experience,which can be said to be the stage of crossing the river by feeling the stones.The theoretical and technical difficulties encountered in the construction process need to be overcome one by one.Therefore,in this period of high demand for underground storage construction in China,it is of great significance to carry out theoretical and technical research on underground storage construction in the future.Groundwater sealed caverns depend on a certain natural groundwater level to maintain the sealing of caverns.Considering the stability of natural groundwater level,artificial water curtain is particularly important.At present,there is a lack of research on the layout parameters of artificial water curtain in China,so this paper simulates the layout parameters of artificial water curtain based on the project of Huangze Island Groundwater Sealed Cavern in Zhoushan.Based on the project of Huangze Mountain underground water-sealed cavern,this paper calculates the water inflow during the construction period by empirical method,analytical method and software simulation(Visual MODFLOW),and then corrects the parameters of the software model according to the calculation results.After obtaining the calculation model of the cavern,the basic water curtain hole layout parameters are set up,and then the necessity of the water curtain system is analyzed and demonstrated according to the results of software simulation.Finally,the location,spacing,aperture and coverage of the water curtain hole layout are optimized and simulated.Based on the rock strata characteristics of Huangze Mountain cave reservoir,this paper studies the optimization of water curtain hole layout parameters,which provides a theoretical reference for the future construction of groundwater sealed cave reservoir.
