Seawater salt-drying robot is a product of the combination of traditional seawater salt-drying technology and modern robot technology.In order to reduce labor costs,improve salt production efficiency and ensure the quality of salt products,robots,as an intelligent automation tool,are increasingly recognized and gradually adopted by enterprises in small and medium-sized salt farms in southern China.The level and application of robot technology reflect the level of industrial automation in a country to a certain extent.At present,the seawater salt-drying robot has further improved its functions on the original basis.This paper focuses on the development of a robot that can replace manual salt collection,salt transportation and storage,so as to replace manual repeated actions such as a series of simple and gradually replaced.Manual operation can achieve the goal of remotely controlling the robot to sun and collect salt.Firstly,from the perspective of theoretical analysis.Seawater salt-drying robot is based on the full analysis of seawater salt-drying technology,and carries out theoretical analysis,modeling and simulation demonstration of the robot.Secondly,from the perspective of Engineering practice.In the aspect of structure design,salt trough is designed for the robot through 3D printing technology,which solves the problem of salt tunneling.In the aspect of electrical design,salt sunning by sea water is a scheme of remote control system for the robot based on Linux system.The system consists of a control board,a low power Bluetooth BLE module,an image acquisition module,a mechanical shovel arm and a wheeled mobile detection and control module.The operator operates the mobile APP terminal remotely,sends out control instructions and forwards them to Bluetooth module by wireless router,so as to control the movement of the robot,the attitude of the mechanical spade arm and the vision of the camera.The camera of the robot transmits video signals to the main control board,which displays the signals in the display.The operator can also control the motion of the wireless robot in front of the monitor.Finally,the power supply system of the robot is optimized,and the step-down switching power supply is used as the power converter to improve the load capacity of the system.Finally,through repeated debugging of the robot,the basic functions of the robot are constantly improved.At the same time,the efficiency of artificial salt collection and transportation is compared with that of the robot.The results show that the robot hasabsolute advantages over the human to a certain extent.
