Liquid Aluminum Casting Process Analysis And Control Surface Defects

In this paper,we mainly analyze the surface defect from the customer,such as unqualified shape,horizontal stripes,cleft side,corroded surface and so on.Surface defects that affect the quality of products in the enterprise.By considering the front box liquid level,pouring temperature,cast rolling speed,cast rolling zone length,roll gap,rolling pressure,roll characteristic parameters to determine the 1×××series aluminum alloy technology control system:1 through the study of the shape of the plate,casting rolling zone length,casting speed on the shape of the plate is very large,casting rolling zone length of 55?58mm;rolling force 110?120KN;roll gap between 5.3?5.5mm.2.Through the study of horizontal stripes,cast rolling speed and pouring temperature,cooling intensity,cast rolling mill installation is resulting in horizontal stripes on the main reason and process parameters improved cast rolling strip horizontal stripe decreased.3.By the lack of side edge crack of,1××× aluminum slab casting rolling speed 0.95?1.00m/min,temperature 685?900 Deg.C;cast rolling speed 1.00 to 1.05m/min,temperature 680?685 degrees centigrade,tropical significantly reduced,also other defects also corresponding reduce.4.through the study of corrosion and stick roll,the storage mode can be adjusted to reduce corrosion.The surface defects are studied by means of the whole,casting speed 0.95m/min to 1.15m/min,box temperature:680 ? to 695 ? pre tank liquid level:20 ± 1cm;length of roll casting zone:56mm to 59mm;roll gap:5.2mm to 5.6mm;rolling pressure:110 to 120KN;cooling water pressure:about 0.30MPa.Can effectively eliminate the defects of the above.
