China's oil and natural gas resources are in short supply,and coal resources are relatively abundant.The development of clean coal based energy has become an important research field.Coal based methanol is a hot research direction.The clean coal-based methanol to high-performance gasoline were studied in this paper.First,the main influencing factors of the synthetic molecular sieve catalyst were investigated.The optimized synthesis and reaction conditions of the catalyst were as follows:the template agent was n-butyl amine,the mole ratio of SiO2 to C4H11N is 1.28:1,the crystal inducer was the crystal inducer,the specific surface area of the synthesized molecular sieve could reach 360m2/g when the crystallization time is 80 hours.FT-IR characterization showed typical absorption peaks of typical crystalline water in aluminosilicate.The reaction temperature is 350? and the airspeed is 0.5 h-1.Under this reaction condition,the olefin selectivity is more than 70%with the reaction times 120 hours.The intermediate products results showed that the reaction process the weak acidic B catalyst is advantageous to the low carbon loefin production.Secondly,the effects of molecular sieve grading ratio,reaction temperature,and air speed on effect of methanol conversion products.The results showed that with the increasing of reaction temperature,the product of olefin content increased.Good for reaction the temperature is 350 and airspeed in 0.5 h-1.In the cyclic reaction,the conversion rate of methanol is 98%,the product yield is above 92%,and the octane number is 95 when the gas back in 1.2 times.The effects of regenerated catalyst deactivation and the influence of the reaction were also investigated,at present,in comparison with the index of oil products on the market,in addition to the dimethylbenzene?saturated vapor pressure slightly higher,other performance can meet the requirement of petrol,and on the process has simple operation,less by-products,the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.Finally,the methanol to clean gasoline was amplificationed test of 1Kg,10Kg,300Kg.The results showed that the characterization data and the performances of methanol to oil were also consistent,that is to say,the amplification stability is good,easy to industrial scale production.The clean gasoline was produced by methanol,and it was tested in Sichuan meishan.The results indicated that conditions operation is normal,After the catalyst is regenerated for 120 days,the conversion of methanol can be maintained at over 98%.It also has the advantage of cost-effective.
