Water resources are closely related to development and progress of human society.Currently,more and more countries have paid attention to the problem of water pollution.The shortage of water resource per capita in our country is very critical.Many rivers,lakes and underground water resources are facing seriously water safety problem.Even though,water pollution events are still exploring in many areas.To solve the Increasingly serious water pollution issues,enhance the supervision of pollution enterprises and protect water resource,our country has established many water quality monitor stations in the whole nation.But,water quality monitor station need long construction cycle,highly building spending,and heavy maintenance cost.These water quality monitor stations only deployed on big lakes or trunk rivers.But there are still many branch rivers and pools need more flexible monitor system.Traditional flexible monitor system only can assemble one collect probe and the reassemble progress is complicated.The controller is big,slow,simple and lack of convenient human-computer interaction.Recent year,the Android platform were applied in many industry,such as Smart Home,Medical,Security System,Financial Industry,but still rarely in Environment Protection Industry.which contains a dissolved oxygen probe and a monitor software.This paper is working on a Hand-held water monitor system.Use Smartphone or pad as the carriers,with the USB cable connect to collect probe,constitute the Hand-held monitor system.The article introduced the theory of fluorescence dissolved oxygen probe and monitor software on Android platform.Described the progress about how to use SCM control the blue light resource to inspire fluorescence and calculate the phase differ to get the content of dissolved oxygen.The designed and implemented the water quality detection and analysis software which could support multiply monitor probes to collect comprehensive water pollution data for water pollution detection and control.The software was deployed on Android device contains the function of probe searching,adding,managing and data collection.It could recognize different data probe and collect related parameters from devices.With the embedded DB tool,the software could read and save history data and displayed the trend of data on a chart.The software provided a friendly and simple user interface.In this paper,the system used a dissolved oxygen probe,and finished a system testing and data analysis to prove the feasibility.
