In recent years,Natural river sand resources have gradually dried up,and the application of manufactured sand in structural concrete engineering has become an inevitable trend.The stone powder content has an important influence on the shearing strength of manufactured sand concrete and the adhesive property between the steel bar and concrete.At present,the research is insufficient and the corresponding structural design parameters are lacking,which restricts the application of manufactured sand concrete in the bridge structure.Therefore,shearing strength and adhesive property of steel bar-manufactured sand concrete is studied.In this study,a new test method for shearing strength of manufactured sand concrete and a new test method for adhesive property of steel bar-concrete are invented.The effects of stone powder content on shearing strength of manufactured sand concrete and adhesive property of steel bar-concrete are studied.The main results are as follows:First,the basic mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete are studied.The relationship between the content of stone powder and compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity are proposed.Based on non-zero point force moment elasticity theory,a test method for shearing strength of concrete is invented,and the stone powder content of manufactured sand on shearing strength of concrete is studied.The shear strength of C50 manufactured sand concrete is close to splitting tensile strength,which is in accordance with the existing research conclusions.The test shows that the optimum stone powder content is 9%-12%.Experimental device and test method are invented for adhesive property of steel barconcrete.The bonding stress-strain relationship of steel bar-concrete is test by load-deflection curve according to the non-zero point force moment elasticity theory.The influence of different stone powder content is studied.The bond strength of C50 manufactured sand concrete is close to the shear strength and the depressment is larger than natural sand concrete.When the content of stone powder is 9%-12%,the bond strength is the best.The test method can be used to test the adhesive property and the findings of stone powder content on manufactured sand concrete can provide supports for structural design.
