In this paper,through the contrast test of different conditions,optimizing the reasonable technology route and process control parameters,the laboratory scale research,through the pilot test laboratory to determine process flow and technological conditions,and the further improvement and optimization;At the same time,study the change of the ratio of raw material consumption and enlarge situation,etc.,according to field test the identified among the scale of production,allocation of relevant equipment,facilities,through the technological process,the adaptability test of the key equipment and operation condition,appraisal of the performance of the key equipment for the industrial test production plant equipment type selection,material selection and so on to provide design basis;To expose the problems of the technology and key equipment in the intermediate test and discuss the solution;Accumulate experience,train management and technical personnel,lay a good foundation for the construction and management of large-scale production in the future.Potassium sulfate flotation tailings recycling the purpose of this paper is to study Lop Nur were systematically stud Ed sylvite technology,through the consult literature at home and abroad,the main technique development at home and abroad have pool leach soluble potassium,mechanical soluble potassium,potassium and secondary flotation pipeline soluble potassium,etc.Therefore,the specific use of Lop Nur were systematically stud Ed the original bittern resources,has carried on the exploration to potassium sulphate flotation tail salt recovery technology,choose the environment in Lop Nur were systematically stud Ed by small scale experiment process,on this basis,through the pilot test for optimization of process conditions and optimization,the use of limited resources,improve resource comprehensive utilization to improve enterprise economic benefits.In this study,the original halogen in Lop Nur were systematically stud Ed as solvent,with dissolving ore flotation tailings recycling,precious water resources can not only save Lop Nur were systematically stud Ed,also can reduce the sodium chloride in the tail liquid,for the sun and production to reduce the sodium hazard;At the same time,the pretreatment of flotation tailings was carried out,and the high potassium tail liquid was separated into the salt field in advance,which improved the potassium yield,reduced the energy consumption and the original halogen consumption,and greatly saved the recovery cost.Test in the first part of this article,through the tail potassium salt bath experiment,using potassium sulfate flotation tail emissions of potassium salt with original brine potassium dissolving potassium recovery test process route of technical indicators,economic indicators and technical route and the control parameters are as follows.Technical indicators:a)the potassium content of the tail slag is less than 0.75%,which meets the emission requirements stipulated in the contract;B)the yield is greater than or equal to 85.0%,and the amount of brine obtained is greater than 1.50%,meeting the technical requirements.Economic and technical indicators:emissions a year end 6million tons of salt,the yield is calculated at 85%,converted into potassium sulfate(95%)of the total 419000 tons,calculated at 2500 yuan/ton price of potassium sulphate,potassium recovery value of 1.05 billion yuan a year.The second part has completed the fresh potassium chloride flotation tail mechanical soluble potassium salt test,fresh soft tail salt machinery soluble potassium magnesium potassium alum flotation test,fresh potassium chloride flotation tail pipe soluble potassium salt test and fresh soft tail pipe salt soluble potassium magnesium potassium alum flotation test,soluble potassium two basic flow of the technological process,the test index obtained good,reached the test goals and requirements.By middle test,further improved the tail potassium salt dissolving ore recovery process,a comprehensive grasp the factors that influence the tail potassium salt dissolution rate based on the optimize the process flow and process control parameters,obtained the ideal process control conditions and parameters.Based on technical indicators and parameters gained by the pilot test,according to two kinds of soluble potassium process,from various comparison pipeline soluble potassium process is better than that of mechanical soluble potassium process,therefore,commend this pilot test pile pipe soluble potassium process as fresh tail potassium salt recovery process,the specific experimental results are as follows:A)process control parameters.Potassium chloride flotation tail salt pipe1)material ratio:the value of the tail salt K/original halide(kg/m~3)is controlled at about 12.99;2)residence time:about 44min(or about 5399m of conveying pipe);3)tube speed:1.99m/s.Dissolved potassium in the tail salt pipeline of soft potassium magnesium alum:1)material ratio:the value of the tail salt K/original halide(kg/m~3)is controlled at about 18.99;2)residence time:about 44min(or about 5399m of conveying pipe);3)tube speed:1.99m/s.B)technical specifications.Potassium chloride flotation tail salt pipe1)the content of K~+content is 0.769%,and the content of K~+is 2.079%.2)K~+dissolution rate was 83.30%,and the yield was 96.43%.Dissolved potassium in the tail salt pipeline of soft potassium magnesium alum:1)the content of K~+was 0.536%,and the content of K~+was 2.417%.2)K~+dissolution rate was 83.37%,and the yield was 93.93%.
