With the increasing utilization rate of waste paper,more and more attention has been paid to the problem of glue in the process of waste paper reuse.In the actual production process,with the circulation of white water,the glue will block the mesh holes,and in the circulation pipeline,The drying cylinder and press parts form viscous substances,which cause inconvenience to the production.In serious cases,there will be paper breakage and paper machine shutdown,which will cost a lot of production time and increase the production cost of papermaking,and affect the quality of the products.Therefore,the problems caused by adhesives are urgent to be solved,but there are no effective ways and methods to solve these problems in large scale production.This paper mainly discusses the origin,the way of producing and the properties of waste paper pulping adhesives.Combined with the actual production process,the paper analyzes the influence and harm of the adhesives,and obtains the effective detection and analysis methods.The results show that the adhesive is a complex compound mainly composed of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA),polyacrylate(PA),butadiene latex and wax and other small amount of components including styrene-butadiene latex and lignin.Therefore,the control and removal of adhesives should start from the source,select advanced equipment and technology,and use mechanical or chemical methods to eliminate the influence of glue on production as much as possible.In this paper,the paper machine production as a case,combined with experimental research,in-depth analysis of the properties of adhesives,the flotation process of removal of adhesives.The results show that the addition of shallow air flotation system in the production line can effectively reduce the adhesive matter and purify the water quality.The removal rate of total COD of white water under the bottom net reached 48.6%and the removal rate of SS reached 97%to 98.5%,but the removal rate of dissolved COD was not obvious*According to the analysis of the paper made of Jingui and Dangui,the total number of paper stickies decreased by 40%and 23%,respectively,and before and after the superficial air floatation,the number of paper breaking caused by adhesive matter was reduced by 40-50,and the process operation rate was increased by 0.5%.The annual operating amount of the shallow air floatation system is reduced from 471900 per year to 108000 per year,which plays a good economic role.Waste paper slurry flotation system has a removal rate of more than 30%for long fiber size adhesives,and 47%for short fiber sizing materials.The removal rate of the slime produced by floatation through the fine sieve of the tail section is 72%to 83%and 60%,respectively,which indicates that the waste paper slurry flotation system has better removal efficiency of the glue.In addition,the retention rate of bottom flow delivery system was increased by 3.2%and the average concentration of white water decreased 0.053%by using adhesive control agent.It can be seen that the adhesive control agent has a certain inhibition and mitigation effect on the flocculation and deposition of adhesives.
