Nowadays,the technology development of the domestic and international drying industry is getting faster and faster,More and more new drying technologies were widely concerned and studied by various industries.Compared with other drying technologies,microwave drying technology has the advantages of low energy consumption,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection,and high quality after drying.Today's applications are in the pharmaceutical,chemical,agricultural,food and other industries,it is gradually occupying the market of the dry industry.This dissertation is oriented to the dry storage field of corn,the microwave drying mechanism and device development method of corn were studied by means of heat transfer and mass transfer theory,experimental analysis and mechanical design.The main contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical Study on Heat and Mass Transfer of Microwave Drying of MaizeTheoretical Study on Heat and Mass Transfer of Microwave Drying of Maize,the heat and mass transfer mechanism of corn microwave drying process was studied,established heat and mass transfer model and boundary conditions,established heat and mass transfer model and boundary conditions.(2)Numerical Simulation of Heat and Mass Transfer in Microwave Drying of MaizeA three-dimensional model of corn kernels was established using COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.The equilibrium differential equations,geometric equations,stress-strain equations,mass balance equations,and energy conservation equations of the model are proposed,simulated boundary conditions,simulation results analysis.The effects of initial moisture content,initial temperature and cor size on water concentration and drying temperature were found.(3)Experimental study on microwave drying of cornThe microwave drying experiment method of corn was proposed and the microwave drying experiment was carried out.Found different microwave power in the early stage of drying,different initial moisture content,water loss rate of corn under different loading conditions.The action law of drying characteristic parameters such as water content and temperature.Comparative analysis of experimental results and simulation results,Comparative analysis of experimental results and simulation results.(4)Design of Microwave Drying Heat and Mass Transfer Experimental Device for CornAn experimental device for microwave drying corn and a threshing device were designed.The distance adjustment between the heating device and the material is realized by the horizontal and vertical movement adjusting device,Improves heat uniformity of corn by vortex-type feed structure formed by bending into a spiral adduction.
