The yield and quality of tea are effected by fertilizers.The change of yield and quality of green tea made in Autumn were analyzed under different fertilizer treatments in this study,which is good for how to apply with different fertilizers.In this research,the weight of 100 shoots(a bud with two leaves)and the length of each shoot,and yield(each experiment treatment)were studied,the contents of amino acid,tea polyphenol,water extract,chlorophyll and caffeine were measured,the quality of each green tea was tested by sensory evaluation.The results showed that compared with CK,the shoot length and shoot weight could be increased under all fertilizer treatments.Compound fertilizer was best in increasing yield and content of amino acids,organic fertilizer,urea and amino acids fertilizer made shoot weight increaseby 15.62%shoot length by 8.29%water extract by 7.28%.Sensory evaluation results showed that in autumn compound fertilizer is the best for improving the aroma and infusion color green tea,but organic fertilizer,urea and amino acids fertilizer is better in improving green tea appearance,aroma and taste than other treatments.
