Conductive rubber has good flexibility and excellent electrical conductivity compared with ordinary rubber.However,the conductive rubber matrix is not electrically conductive,therefore,understanding the bonding characteristics of the conductive phase and obtaining a small critical content is very important for the percolation phase transition process in the conductive rubber system that people are concerned about.This article takes silicone rubber-carbon black as the research object,study the percolation probability curve of conductive rubber system and the distribution characteristics of carbon black,and calculat the Non-uniform Distribution of Self-similarity of Carbon Black Using Fractal Theory,then study the law of fractal dimension change of different systems.Write a program that simulates the combination of carbon black and explore the percolation characteristics of the system under different influencing factors.Comparing the particle distribution law,percolation probability,and system fractal in experiments and simulations,then,analyze the similarities and differences between simulation and experimental results.When the carbon black particle size is constant,the carbon black content is an important factor affecting the electrical conductivity of the conductive rubber.However,when the particle size is different,the carbon black with a smaller particle size has a smaller percolation value,and the tunneling effect can explain the obvious obstruction of the system before the percolation phenomenon.In the two-dimensional system,the particle size has a great influence on the percolation value: the percolation value of the small particle size is small,the percolation value increases with the increase of the particle size,and the particle size of the three-dimensional system affects the percolation value.Relatively small.Fractal for 2D/3D system: when the content is the same,the fractal dimension of the small particle size system is small;when the particle size is the same,the fractal dimension increases with the increase of the content.A system with a small fractal dimension has a superior advantage in forming a conductive group before the percolation state.The uneven particle size of carbon black causes a certain gap between the results obtained in the experiment and the simulation,but in the normal range,the other percolation characteristics and fractal results in the comparison experiment and simulation are basically the same.Therefore,the percolation model established in this paper can provide theoretical guidance for the formation of conductive rubber prepared with carbon black as a filler.
