During the application of traditional micro-electrolysis,there are some problems.For example,agglomeration of filler,loss of filler,and color return of water.In order to solve these problems,two spherical micro electrolytic fillers were prepared in this paper.One is a cement micro electrolysis filler?CMEF?prepared by iron?activated carbon powder and cement,etc;and the other is wanult shellµ electrolysis filler by the method of calcination?WMEF?.The treated walnut shell,iron powder,sodium silicate,and sodium humate were used as raw materials,and calcined at a high temperature to prepare WMEF.Among them,the walnut shell was ground into a powder and then added to the raw materials to replace activated carbon as an electrode material in the reaction to form micro-electrolysis with iron.The research contents include:First,the removal rate of methylene blue was taken as the target to determine the optimum conditions of preparation;second,the micro electrolytic filler was prepared under the optimum conditions of preparation and applied to remove the methylene blue with the concentration of10 mg/L,and get the optimum conditions of micro-electrolysis reaction;third,micro electrolytic filler and hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?were combined to treat methylene blue;fourth,the recycling performance of filler was investigated;fifth,the degradation of methylene blue by the spherical micro electrolytic filler was studied,the following conclusions are obtained:?1?The optimum conditions of preparation of the CMEF:the iron to carbon mass ratio was 1:1,montmorillonite content 20%,cement content 20%,and the yeast to glucose mass ratio was 1:2,yeast content 5%.The particle size of CMEF was 8 mm.It's compressive strength was 1.192 Mpa and the removal rate of methylene blue was 78.66%.?2?The optimum conditions of preparation of the WMEF:iron powder to walnut shell powder treated by 15%zinc chloride solution mass ratio was 1:1,sodium humate 20%,sodium silicate 15%,the calcination temperature was set to800°C and sintering time 3 h.The particle size of WMEF was 5 mm.It's compressive strength was 0.659 Mpa and the removal rate of methylene blue was85.12%,the specific surface area was large,which was 82.4508 m2/g.?3?X-Ray Diffraction?XRD?,Scanning Electron Microscorp?SEM?,Energy Dispersive Spectrometer?EDS?were used to analysis the structure and composition of the filler.The results showed that the content of iron was reduced after CMEF and WMEF were used for the reaction.CMEF and WMEF had a rough surface and pore structure,which facilitated the contact reaction between active molecules and contaminants in the filler.?4?The study on reaction conditions of CMEF and WMEF for treating methylene blue found that the pH of the solution was set to 3,and the amount of CMEF and WMEF prepared under the optimum conditions was each 25 g,its aeration respectively at a rate of 1?0.6 L/min.After 120 min reaction,the best removal rate of 10 mg/L methylene blue by CMEF and WMEF was 89.55%and95.90%,respectively,and the effluent color was transparent.?5?The addition of H2O2 enhanced the removal effect of CMEF and WMEF on methylene blue significantly,and the reaction was rapid.More than 80%of the methylene blue in the concentration range of 10100 mg/L can be removed by combined technologies;CMEF and WMEF can be reused three times under the same conditions,and the removal effect was stable.?6?Using the conventional micro-electrolysis,CMEF,WMEF for treatment of methylene blue,to detect Fe2+content change and TOC removal rate during the reaction.Water samples were subjected to UV-vis spectroscopy scan analysis.The results showed that the degradation effect of CMEF and WMEF was gradually increasing,and finally got stable in the process of treating methylene blue.The effluent was easy to separate.Compared with traditional micro-electrolysis,the removal rate of methylene blue by the filler sphere can reach the same degree as traditional micro-electrolysis.The problems of packing solidification and blockage are avoided.
