Zaosu pear is the early varieties of pear,fruit green,white and delicate flesh,crisp texture,welcomed Because of the mature picking period of Zaosu pear in mid-August,when the hot high temperature,the environment listed storage,easy to cause early pear fruit green,quality deterioration,fruit life is shortened,seriously affecting the fruit quality and economic benefits.It is of great significance to study the storage method of early pear pear in order to reduce the use amount of chemical preservative and ensure good quality.In this paper,we studied the effects of different concentrations of ozone fumigation and different short-wave ultraviolet(CU-V)radiation on respiration intensity,soluble solids,titratable acid,ethylene release,hardness,color difference,weight loss and good weight during early storage of pear Fruit rate and other physiological indicators.conclusion as below:1.At the storage temperature of 0?,three different concentrations of ozone fumigation treatment(6.42mg/m~3?12.48mg/m~3?19.26mg/m~3)and no ozone fumigation control group,ozone fumigation treatment of Zaosu pear and Compared with the control group,the respiration intensity of the fruit decreased,the release rate of ethylene,the decrease of soluble solids and titratable acid content were slowed down,and the color and appearance quality of pear fruit were maintained.Which ozone concentration of 12.48mg/m~3 fumigation the best.2.Compared with the control group,the low-dose UV-C(1KJ/m2?2KJ/m2?3KJ/m2)irradiation treatment maintained the fruit soluble solid and titratable acid content,During the period of fruit respiration intensity and weight loss rate,to ensure the end of storage high fruit rate advantage is obvious.The low dose of 1KJ / m2UV-C interval(30d)irradiation treatment for the most appropriate dose.On the whole,intermittent 30 d ozone fumigation treatment and low dose UV-C intermittent irradiation can better keep the fruit storage quality.Ozone concentration of 12.48mg/m~3 and 1KJ/m2UV-C radiation dose of early pear ozone and ultraviolet preservation of the most suitable conditions.
