Organic phosphine compounds and its derivatives are important components in life science and organic chemical research. The development of mild and efficient synthesis methods of organic phosphine compounds is the main research content of organophosphorus chemistrya-Amino-a-cyanophosphonate and its derivatives are important organic phosphonates,it has the structural characteristics of a-amino phosphonate and a-amino nitrile.a-Amino acids,as the structural units of peptides and proteins, play an important role in pharmaceutical chemistry,?-aminonitrile is a structural unit in many bioactive molecules and natural products,It is also an important intermediate in organic synthesis.Tertiary phosphine is the most representative organic phosphine compound.Tertiary phosphine is a kind of essential compound in organic metal catalysis and many basic organic transformation processes.Amides are a very important compounds with stable chemical properties,it is difficult to convert amide directly.Therefore,Tf2O is a good reagent to activate amide, which can realize the direct conversion of amide. This dissertation contains the following two parts1.Chemoselective Synthesis of a-Amino-?-cyanophosphonate by the Reductive Gem-Cyanation-Phosphonylation of Secondary AmidesBased on the activation of amides, the reductive Gem-Cyanation-Phosphonylation of secondary amides was developed. The C-C bond and C-P bond were constructed by a bottle reaction to synthesis a-Amino-a-cyanophosphonate.This method has good substrate suitability and functional group compatibility. In addition, the method is simple to operate, mild condition and high yield.2.Iridium-catalyzed Silane Reduction of Phosphine oxides[Ir?COD?2]BArF as the catalyst,B?C6F5?3 as the additive, and TMDS as the reducing agent to reduce phosphine oxide into tertiary phosphine compounds. The method has mild reaction conditions and good reduction rate.
