Based on the research on the actual domestic sewage in the reused water station of the school,the SBR reaction system was operated in a way of multi-stage anoxic(static)-aerobic alternation,aiming to conduct an in-depth study on the operation mode and conditions of SBR in the treatment of domestic sewage and explore the optimal treatment mode of nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The experimental study investigated the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of six different operation modes(R1~R6).The final optimization of R6 was the optimal operation mode.The working conditions were hypoxia(1.0h)-standstill(0.5).h)-Aerobic(3.0h)-anoxic(2.0h)-aerobic(0.5h)-anoxic(2.0h)-aerobic(0.5h)-idle drainage(1.0h)-hypoxia(1.5h)).The operation mode is four-stage anoxic(stationary)-aerobic alternate operation,and a static section different from the traditional biological treatment mode is set;the method of agitating and then aborating at the end of the cycle is selected.In the R6 mode,the average influent values of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 395 mg/L,78 mg/L,118 mg/L,and 9.9 mg/L,respectively.The average effluent was 30 mg/L and 0.2 mg,respectively./L,39 mg /L,0.5 mg / L,the average removal effect was 92.4%,99.7%,67%,84.8%.(1)The release amount of phosphate in the stationary section is up to 21.0mg/L,the removal rate is 84.8%,and the effluent is 0.5mg/L.Phosphate has continued to release,and it still appears after the anoxic section."Like anaerobic section" phenomenon,the phosphorus removal rate can be increased by 20% on average;the phosphate effluent value is directly related to the preferential drainage.At the end of the cycle,the drainage is idle and then anoxic agitation,and the discharged supernatant contains a large amount.Phosphate and nitrate are effective in reducing the concentration of contaminants.(2)R6 denitrification effect is 67%,effluent TN value is 39mg/L,effluent nitrate concentration is 0.2~0.8mg/L,nitrite accumulation is above 6.0mg/L;with hypoxia(static Set)-Frequent aerobic alternating operation,effectively reducing the content of nitrate and TN in the effluent,the denitrification method includes:pre-denitrification,simultaneous nitrification and denitrification and endogenous denitrification.(3)The numerical difference between nitrate and total nitrogen in the effluent is still relatively large,and it is speculated that the inert organic nitrogen component in the raw water is higher.(4)The way of removing TP is mainly the traditional form of phosphorus removal,and it is also very likely that denitrifying phosphorus removal of DPAOs occurs.(5)The difference between the estimated value of denitrification theory and the test results is large.The reason for the analysis is mainly the multi-level alternate operation mode and the typical operation mode of SBR.The growth status and mechanism of microbes are different,and the mechanism of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is also The difference is that the actual sewage will be used in the test and the water quality will fluctuate.
