In this paper,the plant fiber self-insulating shale sintered micro-porous brick is used as the raw material.From the five-hole structure including the hole length-width ratio,the hole ratio and the inter-hole rib width,the perforated brick is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench17.0 finite element analysis software.Analyze both structural nonlinearity and three-dimensional steady-state heat transfer.And using the combination of test and simulation,the compressive strength is obtained.Due to the non-homogeneous nature of the porous brick,the equivalent thermal conductivity is calculated from the temperature cloud map.The simulation analysis of the two aspects of comprehensive mechanics and thermal engineering,combined with the requirements of relevant specifications,designed the best pore structure.Finally,the compressive strength was tested by experiments,indicating that the paper reached the final design effect.In the study of the perforated brick,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The hole adopts a rectangular hole with a long-side vertical heat transfer direction,and appropriately increases the aspect ratio of the hole;the hole ratio is increased;the number of rows of holes in the direction of heat flow is increased,the number of columns is decreased;the coefficient of the rib extension line is increased,Can improve the insulation performance of porous bricks.The vertical hole rib width helps to reduce the thermal conductivity,while the horizontal hole rib width acts the opposite.Through the simulation analysis of the compressive strength of porous bricks by five hole type factors,the following rules are obtained: appropriately reduce the hole length to width ratio,reduce the hole ratio,reduce the number of holes,increase the number of holes,and displace the holes.Arrangement can increase the compressive strength of the block.3.The average compressive strength of the self-insulating shale sintered porous brick of the new plant fiber was 13.75 MPa,which reached the strength grade of the sintered porous brick MU10.The thermal conductivity simulation value is 0.280W/(m.K),which is about44.0% of the thermal conductivity of the microporous brick before the hole design.The hole design has reached the building energy saving requirements.
