Research On Legal Issues Of Packaging Material Recycling In Express Service In China

Nowadays,with the rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more people like to shop online.The development of e-commerce economy has accelerated the development of express industry,accompanied by the increase of express packaging materials.However,due to the blank of packaging material related system,express delivery industry regards business volume and efficiency as the most important,while ignoring the development of green recycling of packaging materials.Packaging materials are not well recycled,so that packaging materials can not be reused can only become garbage,resulting in environmental pollution and waste of resources.The lack of recycling of express packaging materials has also increased the amount of garbage in all parts of the country year by year,and the structure of domestic garbage in all parts of the country has also changed.It is a waste of resources to treat packaging materials roughly as domestic waste,and the concept of sustainable development in China will also violate.In reality,how to deal with the waste of resources of express packaging materials,how to alleviate the pollution caused by the environment,and how to realize the green recycling of express packaging materials,will be the common difficult problems facing the society today.At present,there is no complete relevant legal system in our country,and the policy measures can not keep up with the rapid development of express industry.The relevant legal system also needs to be formulated urgently,so that express packaging materials can achieve green development of recycling and reuse earlier and better.On the basis of environmental resources law,this paper analyzed the theory and method of express packaging material recycling,and also used comparative analysis method to explore the combination of sustainable development theory and express packaging material recycling.By using the graduate method of circular economy,this paper systematically analyses the current problems and their causes in China.At the same time,learn from the mature experience and methods of foreign countries,so that the current problems of express packaging materials in China can be better solved.Fromthe legal point of view,this paper explores the ways to solve the problem,so as to make the recycling and sustainable development of express packaging materials in China.
