1,2,3-triazole compounds are an important class of nitrogen heterocyclic compounds.They have important applications in medicine,pesticides,materials and synthetic chemistry.Their synthetic methods and applied research have received extensive attention,especially the discovery of some compounds containing a 1,2,3-triazole ring have particular biological activities.For example,tazobactam containing a 1,2,3-triazole ring is a substitute for sulbactam and has better antibacterial activity and resistance.Resistance,such as carbonyl-substituted 1,2,3-triazole compounds are potential ion channel activators,good DNA probes and so on.In this dissertation,the present situation of the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole compounds that are currently functionalized is studied.The carbonyl-substituted 1,2,3-triazoles are used as synthetic targets.Through the inverse synthesis analysis of molecules,CDC(Cross Dehydrogenative Coupling)is used.In the reaction strategy,starting from inexpensive and readily available aryl ketone compounds,common organic solvents are selected as suitable carbon sources,and suitable reaction intermediates are formed in-situ under the conditions of one pot,with different organic stacks.Oxidative cycloaddition reactions of nitrogen compounds to efficiently synthesize carbonyl functionalized 1,2,3-triazole compounds,and the reaction conditions were optimized,the substrate range of the reaction was studied,and the reaction mechanism was performed through relevant control experiments was discuss.The thesis is divided into the following sections:In the first chapter,the synthetic methods of 1,2,3-triazole compounds and their applications in the field of chemistry,materials,biology,medicine were reviewed.In the second chapter,screening common solvents yields compounds that can act as carbon source and analyze the results to determine the product structure.In the third chapter,synthesis of 4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazole compounds by reaction of DMF as a reactor.The reaction conditions were optimized,such as reaction temperature,catalyst,and ligand conditions.The exploration of the applicable scope of the substrate and the reaction mechanism were studied,and the relevant data were characterized and analyzed.In the fourth chapter,synthesis of 4-acetyl-1,2,3-triazole on the reaction strip DMSO as a reactant.The reaction conditions,such as reaction temperature,catalyst,and base,were studied.The applicable range of the substrate and reaction mechanism were studied,and the data characterization and analysis were discussed.In the fifth chapter,we summarized the research and plan to set up the next goal.
