Modern broaching machine is toward to the high-speed,high-precision,high-power and intellectualized direction development,and there is a greater demand for dynamic characteristics of broaching machine.The structure and dynamic performanee of broaching machine is the key factors which determine the broaching precision,production efficiency and processing capacity.The thesis researches the mathematical model,calculation method and test method of broaching machine products for the actual production of the enterprise in the dynamic performance analysis and structure optimization design aspects,so as to improve the level of product design and technical performance indicators.The thesis has important academic significance and practical value to enhance the level of technology in our provinces broaching equipments.Dynamic analysis and dynamic design of broaching machine structure is based on dynamic model of broaching machine structure.This paper is based on the hydraulic horizontal broaching machine LG7120kt of Jinyun Gaoxin machinery manufacture Co.Ltd.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,current situation of broaching machine structure and dynamics performance optimization research is summarized.Then,the basic structure of broaching machine and theoretical basis of the finite element method are presented.Thirdly,contact element?rigid coupling?welding and bolts elements are used to simulate the connection of machine components,and an experiment result is used to verify the simulation.HyperWorks software is used to model the broaching machine parts and establishing the finite element model for modal analysis.Basing on the modal analysis,the inherent characteristics of various parts of the structure is investigated,and results between experiment and modal simulation are compared to get the correct modeling method for components combination of broaching machine.Fourthly,after simplifying the structure of broaching machine,the geometry model and finite element model are established to simulate actual broaching machine on operation.Modal analysis?static analysis?transient analysis and frequency response analysis of the broaching machine are presented,and structural and dynamics performance of the broaching machine are studied,and the key values of the performance parameters are summarized*and used as the indicators.Fifthly,the topology optimization of broaching machine is carried out according to the performance indicators and performance parameters.Then,the second design results of the broaching machine are proposed according to the topology optimization results.Performance of the broaching machine before and after optimization is contrast and analyzed.Finally,the summary and prospect are presented.
