In this paper,taking the pickaxe cutter U75 / 19 as an example,all kinds of cutting data are consulted.It is recognized that the working environment of cutting teeth is complex and changeable,and the cutting teeth are the most consumed parts in coal mining machinery,and the main failure form of cutting teeth is wear.In order to solve the problem of wear resistance of cutting teeth,the wear resistance and service life of cutting teeth can be effectively improved by surfacing a layer of metal in the wear resistant part of cutting teeth by laser cladding technology.In this paper,the three-dimensional model of pick-shaped cutter U75 / 19 is established by using ANSYS 16.0 software,and the mesh is divided,the filling of weld material is simulated by using ANSYS element birth and death technology,the moving heat source is applied to pick-shaped cutter by Gao Si moving heat source,and the moving heat source is applied to the pick-shaped cutter.And the heat enthalpy method is used to deal with the latent heat problem of phase change.The surfacing process is simulated by APDL programming.By setting different preheating temperature and welding speed,the effects of preheating temperature and welding speed on the temperature field and stress field of pick cutter are analyzed,and the cooling modes of natural air convection and forced air convection are simulated in the process of surfacing welding.The cooling curve of pick-shaped cutter is analyzed with CCT curve,and the surface hardness of pick-shaped cutter is deduced.Through numerical simulation,it is found that the size of preheating temperature and the choice of cooling mode will have a great influence on the temperature field and residual stress of pick-shaped cutter.Finally,it is verified by experiments.Some suitable welding process parameters are obtained,which provides a favorable basis for the application of numerical simulation technology in surfacing welding.
