Energy,as a material carrier of social activities,provides the driving force for economic activities.And the sustained development of the economy will cause energy consumption to continue to climb.As a byproduct of energy consumption,greenhouse gases and atmospheric pollutants will affect the atmospheric environment with the increase of energy consumption.The pollution of atmospheric environment will affect the development of economy,and then reduce the energy consumption to achieve the purpose of protecting the atmospheric environment.At the same time,the adjustment of industrial structure will affect the mode of economic growth,and the energy supply-side reform and atmospheric environmental control measures will promote the upgrading and adjustment of the industry.Therefore,it is of great urgency to study the relationship between industrial structure,energy consumption and air pollution in order to maintain economic development,reduce energy consumption and protect atmospheric environment.This paper summarizes the econometric methods of economicenergy-environment research at home and abroad,and uses input-output methods to study the development of economic-energy-environment,and makes a comprehensive review.On this basis,the research methods,research ideas and research content are obtained.Then this paper introduces the relationship among industrial structure,energy consumption and air pollution from the perspectives of industrial economics,energy economics and environmental economics,and provides a theoretical basis for the empirical research in this paper.Then the present situation and problems of industrial structure,energy consumption and atmospheric environment in China are introduced,and the energy consumption and atmospheric pollutant emission plate are introduced to construct a non-competitive input-output table.On the basis of excluding the energy consumption of imported products,the complete energy consumption coefficient,the complete emission coefficient of atmospheric pollutants and greenhouse gases are derived through the related matrix operation.The quantitative relation of industrial structure adjustment to atmospheric environment and the influence coefficient of coal consumption.Finally,based on the dynamic non-competitive inputoutput table of China from 2000 to 2014,According to the economic mathematical model of non-competitive mixed input-output table,Chinese energy consumption still increased from 2000 to 2014,but the unit energy consumption and the amount of sewage per unit were significantly reduced.From 2000 to 2003,there were "three high" enterprises in China's energy industry system,which were gradually eliminated.The adjustment of industrial structure has no obvious contribution to the emission reduction of atmospheric pollutants and greenhouse gases.Coal consumption is still the main cause of air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial structure and energy consumption,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
