| China is one of the countries with the most frequent gas explosion accidents in the world.Now the depth of coal mining has been very large,and it is still deepening,so the problem of gas in coal seams is getting worse.The hazards caused by coal mine gas explosion accidents are very serious.In the event of gas explosion accidents,serious casualties and property losses will result.This paper studies the law of gas explosion shock wave overpressure and flame propagation in single horizontal pipeline and A-shaped pipeline.The research results can provide theoretical basis and experimental basis for gas explosion accident prevention and control,and timely take disaster relief measures and reduce casualties.And the loss of property plays a decisive role.In this paper,the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research is used to study the law of gas explosion propagation in single horizontal pipelines and A-shaped pipelines.The research results obtained are as follows:(1)Through the experimental study of gas explosion in a single horizontal pipeline,different gas filling lengths(8.5m,10.5m,12.5m)were found.With the increase of the propagation distance,the explosion overpressure showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The flame signal intensity and the flame propagation speed all show a change law of increasing first and then decreasing,while the thickness of the flame is first thinned and then thickened.(2)Through the experimental study on the gas explosion of the A-type pipeline,it is found that the gas filling length(8.5m,10.5m,12.5m)is different.In the symmetrical part of the A-type pipeline,the gas explosion overpressure and flame show the same change.The law shows that the impact of the blast wave on the branches on both sides of the A-type pipe is the same.(3)In the A-type pipeline,the different gas filling lengths(8.5m,10.5m,12.5m),the peak value of the explosion overpressure shows a first increase and then decrease,and a slight increase trend at the center of the angle joint;The change law of the flame is different.When the gas filling length is 8.5m,the flame only propagates to the fifth measuring point.The order of the flame signal intensity is: F2>F1>F3>F4>F5,and the thickness of the flame is sorted.It is: F1>F2>F5>F4>F3;when the gas filling length is10.5m and 12.5m,the flame propagates to the eighth measuring point,and the flame signal intensity is sorted as F2>F5>F4>F8>F1>F3> F6>F7,the thickness of the flame thickness is: F1>F2>F8>F5>F4>F3>F6>F7,and the flame signal strength and flame thickness of the seventh measuring point are both 0.In this paper,the propagation characteristics of gas explosions in single horizontal pipelines and A-type pipelines are studied.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the prevention and treatment of gas explosion accidents in underground coal mines.Figure [44] table [11] reference [88]... |
