Six qualified electrostatic chargeable liquid formulas were obtained by screening the adjuvants and measuring the technical parameters.The conductivity and charge-to-mass ratio of the preparations were measured and the effects of adjuvants on them were analyzed.The correlation between conductivity,charge-to-mass ratio and deposition was investigated,and the electrostatic effect was evaluated by the deposition on the front and back of the leaves.The deposition on the leaves under different application factors was measured.The ultrastructure of the target leaves was observed and the effect on the deposition was analyzed.The indoor effect test for preventing aphid was carried out.It was found that when the solvent was HDBE,conductivity was low,but the conductivity of the preparation increased rapidly with the content of cosolvents increasing.When the solvent was NCC,the conductivity of preparation increased steadily due to its high conductivity with the content of cosolvent increasing.So it is cleared that the conductivity of the preparations depended on the the interaction of the components.The effect of active ingredients and solvents were not significant on the charge-to-mass ratio.The change regularity of charge-to-mass ratio and conductivity were consistent with the cosolvent changed.The data of deposition of electrostatic spray showed that deposition had the same trend with conductivity and charge-to-mass ratio when preparations changed.They were increased rapidly with the increase of cosolvent content when the solvent was HDBE.While they were increased steadily when NCC as solvent.So conductivity can be used to substitute charge to mass ratio to characterize the electrostatic spray charging effect.The deposition of these six preparations were several times higher than that of preparations with S200#as solvent.And the ratio of deposition on the front and back of the leaves was between 1.17 and 2.11.So the prepared electrostatic spray had an excellent electrostatic effect.It is expected that the environment friendly HDBE and NCC could replace S200#as excellent solvents for electrostatic spray.In order to investigate the optimal working conditions of electrostatic spray,the deposition through electrostatic spray was measured under different temperature,humidity,plant height and growth period.The test showed that the temperature had little effect on the deposition and the deposition was the largest in the range of 2030°C.The deposition decreased rapidly with the air humidity increasing.Besides the leaves deposition in the upper part of the cucumber plant was significantly more than that in the lower part.The results of SEM showed that the fewer trichomes,the smoother epidermal cells,the easier the leaves are to be wetted and the higher deposition.Aphid as the target pest,the biological evaluation of abamectin B1aa and dinotefuran electrostatic chargeable liquid was carried out.The electrostatic spray was significantly effective than routine spray when the dosage of them were same.And the same control effect could be obtained when electrostatic spray decreased half of dosage.So electrostatic spray can save 50%of dosage compared with routine spray.
