The o-alkynyl aromatic phosphine compound is an important class of tertiary phosphine derivatives with a trivalent phosphorus center and a carbon-carbon triple bond in the molecule. The studies of literature indicated that C-P bond can be activated in the presence of an alkali metal or other catalyst, and the lone pair of electrons on the phosphorus the carbon-carbon could attack triple bonds to form the benzophosphole compounds. In the first chapter,we summaried the reaction properties of o-alkynyl aryl phosphine compounds. In the second chapter,in the first section,we found that when the o-alkynyl aromatic tertiary phosphine using as the reaction substrate, and the(Z)-alkenylphosphine oxides can be synthesized under the weak basic system in the mixture of anhydrous methanol and dichloromethane as solvent. In the second section, the synthesis of alkenylphosphines was developed. In the third section,we found that a new reaction to produce benzophosphorane compounds in mixed dimethyl sulfoxide and water. In the fourth section, the synthesis methods of phospholanes was described in detail. In the fifth section, the applicability of the above two reactions were investigated under two optimized reaction conditions, and a series of benzophosphorane compounds and(E)-alkenylphosphine oxides were obtained. In the third chapter, the synthesis steps of the compounds involved in the thesis are described in details and the characterization data of important compounds by NMR,HR-MS and X-ray single crystal structure analysis are summaried in the third chapter.
